This is our new take back initiative that lets you return any Rubbish London product made from 100% recycled cotton and we will recycle it. Not only that but we will also reward you for recycling. Best of all, your returns are free of charge.
We believe that circularity in the fashion industry in vitally important to the future of our planet. With over 80% of all clothing either ending up in landfill or incinerated the impact on the environment is catastrophic.
Our Solution
The best way to help the environment is to look after your clothing and make it last however if you no longer want your garment and it is still in wearable condition you can return it to us and we will re-sell it at a very low price via our new pre loved page. If your garment is worn out and can’t be re- sold we will send it to our manufacturer who will recycle it again turning it into new clothing.
We will recycle your worn out Rubbish London products which will then be turned into something new. Because our products are made from 100% recycled cotton it means that all of the product is recycled and it will never end up in landfill.
How It Works
You will need a Rubbish London Rewards Account to use this service so that we can add your reward points to your account when we receive your worn out returns.
You should have signed up for a rewards account at the time of purchase but if you didn’t or the item you are returning is a gift then make sure you sign up for a new account by clicking here.
Once you have completed the Rewards Account set up simply complete the shipping label form. This will automatically generate your free shipping label which will be sent to you via the email address you provided.
We use Yodel shipping for all returns and you will need to drop your returns parcel with your shipping label attached at one of the couriers collection points. You can find your nearest collection point by visiting their website www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk
When we receive your parcel we will notify you via email once your reward points are ready to be used.
For all T-Shirts returned you will receive 50 Rubbish Reward Points. Hoodies and Sweatshirts will generate 100 reward points.
We are currently only able to offer this service to our Domestic customers in the UK. You can still return your worn out items to us if you are not in the UK but you will need to arrange your own shipping at this time. If you would like to do this please contact us for shipping information.
