Delivery Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £60. UK standard delivery orders are sent using DPD. Once your parcel has been collected by DPD (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order. Please see below for details on tracking your parcel. Once parcels have been dispatched, we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please email us at customercare@rubbishlondon.co.uk Unfortunately, we do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times. Overseas delivery is free for orders over £80. For orders under £80 delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for RoW. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can track your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers. Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed. Tracking Your Order for UK Customers To track your order: 1. www.dpdlocal.co.uk 2. Your order number will look like this: Order number: UK00013408 Returns Policy We are happy to offer free UK returns on any faulty full price and sale items returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a collection. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing. In order to get your replacement items to you as quickly as possible we are happy to offer a delivery service on your new order, within the UK*. Please contact customercare@rubbishlondon.co.uk to arrange this. Your replacement items will be shipped straight away and be with you within two working days (UK), or 7-14 days (ROW). Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the Returns Policy above. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately. *unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on replacement orders outside the UK.
