Shipping policy

Delivery Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £80. UK standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail or Collect Plus. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. You may also receive an email from the courier with delivery options and delivery information.  Once parcels have been dispatched, we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, and at Christmas delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please email us at customercare@rubbishlondon.co.uk Unfortunately, we do not currently dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Overseas delivery is free for orders over £80. For orders under £80 delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for ROW. Orders for delivery outside the UK are usually sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can track your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers. Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
